No. CLI Core powers the agents you already pay for. Cardumen provides the repository operating layer, not tokens.
What does CLI Core include besides Cardumen?

How many licenses does Startup include?
Three: yours as the owner plus two more for your team. Ignite includes yours plus four.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. The natural route is CLI Core, then Startup when the team grows, and Ignite when you also sell and publish with Carnada.
